Busy Bees educators believe that early education is the foundation of all learning. During these years children develops the foundation skills and abilities that they will use through life.
To ensure the high quality care and education for the children, we have a team of educators form a range of diverse nationalities and cultures. Their knowledge and experiences are shared with the children and greatly impacted our curriculum. We have educators from all ages, each have unique skills and strength. Our team includes of qualified educators such as university trained early childhood teachers and either have or are working towards a Certificate III or Diploma in children services.
To have a better understanding our educators’ skills, knowledge and attitude we have a regular staff appraisal. Our aim is to support professional development and to create opportunity for our educators to master their craft.

All staff are trained in first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis care. A Working with Children check is done on all full-time, part-time and casual employees as well as ongoing visitors who will be working with the children.
